Flattering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice lightweight dress. The elastic at waist helps define and I like the ruffle detail on sleeves and hem. The length was great and I am only 5'4. I would probably prefer a solid black rather than a floral, but overall it was better than i was expecting!
