Pricey, but if it helps enhance my immune system, I will pay the price. I never liked honey, but this one is pretty good. I mix a teaspoon every morning into my "power" breakfast---buckwheat, oats, almond milk, hemp seeds, flax seeds, yogurt,fruit.. The honey is very smooth and ties all the ingredients together.

I never much cared for regular honey, it was too sweet, but this honey is perfect and has an almost woodsy flavor, lose to cinnamon, without any in it. I am a reformed honey eater now because of MH and all of the great benefits to my health that I get. It MAY help keep colds away since it's nature's natural anti-viral. Protect bees, they're necessary for all the food we grow! This honey 's benefits are great for maintaining good health. Just don't eat too much a day. Moderation is key to everything good.
