I got interrupted in MH after seeing ads. Then I researched the health benefits and there are many. I never much cared for regular honey, it was too sweet, but this honey is perfect and has an almost woodsy flavor, lose to cinnamon, without any in it. I am a reformed honey eater now because of MH and all of the great benefits to my health that I get. It MAY help keep colds away since it's nature's natural anti-viral. Protect bees, they're necessary for all the food we grow! This honey 's benefits are great for maintaining good health. Just don't eat too much a day. Moderation is key to everything good.

Yes, this is a little pricey. But well worth the price, so much so that after 1 tsp I ordered 2 additional bottles. The taste and texture alone is on a whole different level. If money wasn't a factor, this would be my daily honey. I highly recommend for someone just getting into Manuka honey like myself.

Manuka honey from New Zealand is the only place that you could actually get the real thing from real bees there. They promote health at teaspoon in your tea or whatever or maybe on top of a peanut butter sandwich., good for Cancer good for a lot of things. Not recommended for diabetics but good for the rest. Extremely healthy but you don't wanna overdo it just 1 tsp a day. For cold for anything you could think of even on your skin if you have a burn or anything.
