Got these because of snakes. We have vipers in the area and one of my dogs got bit. He is recovering but I have to go out with all the dogs and keep an eye while they potty. Needless to say I'm scared. These are thick and long. I feel like these will keep me protected from the snakes. I sized up so I can wear extra thick socks to add to the protection. I am a female and I'm very please at how easily they slip on and off!! Great find!
