Keeps cereal fresh for 6 weeks!!

I wasn't sure about these storage containers because I had another type in mind. But the other type also left me with stale cereal and hungry mouths. I purchased these and after a short wait for them to be shipped they arrived just as described. Bonus included was a label kit and pen, not that you need it since they are see through. But it's a great little thing to keep from making sweet tea with flour. lol. We got them for cereals, as the cereal makers think that the bag should be sufficient and I've it's stale we will just buy more. Not me, I'm too frugal for that! I wasn't for of the goo at first because it has to be placed exact and the. The lid had flaps that snap onto the body of the container to seal it. After once or twice it became second nature and I don't give it much thought now. The seal is a good seal. I kept an eye on the quality of the cereals the first times we used them. I am pleased to report that it kept cereal fresh for 6 weeks I can't say how much longer it would have been successful as my crew will Hoover any food stuff that they can find. So far they feel adequate for what I need them for. They have pleased me with how long they keep food fresh and they are stackable as well. I'm slowly changing out my old storage containers so I will definitely be buying more of these. I highly recommend.

I just received these a few days ago and everything wasn't in order. The containers are decent quality. The larger container does hold a 5 pound bag of flour with plenty of wiggle room. The clips on them seem to work fine for me, I do have to work a couple of them to clip onto the container correctly but no biggie.
