They fit nice and loosely, but don't fall/slide down. I like them in Large or Extra Large, both sizes are comfortable. I normally wear Medium. But I like the loose, comfortable fit of the larger sizes. It's unusual to find loose-fitting boy-type shorts that stay on well.

5 stars, outstanding fit and comfort. Some others have noted pantiliners won't stick in these; I find that they will, you just have to press really hard. Here's the HOWEVER: note that these have no cotton, exactly as stated in the description. Not great for women's health down there, but if that's not an issue for you, these are great. Best boyshorts I've found. The only thing that would improve them is a cotton gusset.

I should have went down a size from my regular size, but I love the extra room %26 comfort of the stretch. I wear an XL but because of the stretch could've went with a medium or large. I suggest going down a size or 2 from your normal size.
