However, if they drink more than 1 a day for several days, they will get very constipated. Other than that, we love the taste and the convenience of a quick breakfast supplement when on the go.

The Nutritional Drink Plus is not good at all!!! The Original Nutritional Drink in Vanilla is my favorite. I drink one at night with my meds. I have to hide my drinks because my son and my husband get into them!! You know they're delicious if everybody wants one!
