This is one of the most amazing heating pads I have ever purchased. It gets and stays at the perfect temperature for the full two hours before automatically turning itself off. The massage feature works perfectly on those sore, tight muscles and helps keep the pain and stiffness away for a few hours. Works and stays in place with menstrual cramps also.
