WHIPPY Women Elastic Waist Belt for Dresses Stretch Braided Wide Belts

I ordered this belt to add some waist definition to a dress. I am 5'9" and 165 pounds and size 12. This is a perfect fit for me. I love the leather look of the 8 bands across the front, but they aren't braided as in the title. The bands cross and overlap slightly to give a nice visual texture, while the back is elastic with 3 snaps. It looks great positioned high or low, and I wore it higher on my short A-line dress. It didn't make me uncomfortable at all. I was still able to enjoy a holiday meal without unsnapping it. It stayed secure throughout the night no matter how I moved. The only thing I dislike is when I am initially putting it on, I have to hold 2 snaps in place while I get the 3rd snapped, or else it comes undone and I start over. Once I have all 3, it stays snapped. It gives me a cinched look without having to endure a waist trainer or a corset. I highly recommend it!

I love how this belt can change the appearance and fit of a dress to a more fitted refined style.
