I bought these as a gift for my Mother-In-Law but....they never made it out of the house. The box does a wonderful job of making them look amazing and they will call to you from across the house. This is a trick. Once you have one, you're hooked and can't stop.

First of all, I LOVE fine chocolates and si I like giving other people what I think is great tasting chocolates. I would probably have gobbled up a third of the box if I had purchased for myself. This time I purchased as a gift for someone else, but ive purchased this particular box of truffles and my whole family besides me also wholly enjoy them. I say "ENJOY" even when its not a holiday or special event!

Good chocolate, excessive packaging.

Ours was shipped, and came with a LOT of packaging, including a large box with cut-to-fit plastic-coated padding, and a ~1 lb freezer bag. On the one hand, the chocolates arrived in perfect condition, but on the other, that's a lot of plastic and cardboard for 6.8 oz of chocolate.
