there are a lot of different sleep pillows and wedges and body pillows and different gimmicks out there but this one is the real deal, it is solid enough to not lose its definition when you put your legs up or lean on it and it looks very nice and is made out of some nice soft quality material.. of all of the leg wedges that I have used lately, this one is the best for the money
