This item is great and would recommend. I gave four stars only because even though we did the correct set up I had trouble getting the fax to send and had to call tach support and after several attempts we finally got it to transmit. But the Rea I live the WiFi and phone reception can be not so good. Otherwise the scanner and printer was good right away but I really needed the fax to work. I thought perhaps something was wrong with my unit but it just needed a little more help to get going on the fax. Price you can’t beat it for everything it can do. Very affordable especially in these times.

We’ve only had the printer about a month, but so far it’s been working great in the Print, Scan, and Copy modes. We haven’t used the Fax yet. It was very easy to set up on both the phones and computers. We like the digital window where you can actually see the different settings. Great price too!
