Definitely helped my lower back pain

This really helps with recurring tailbone pain from long days in the vehicle. This definitely works better than the previous gel cushions I've used. It will prop you up in seat a few inches and you can pull the wings apart a bit and you instantly feel the pressure in your back subside. I still get a little sore after a long day but it is so much better than before. It breathes well and doesn't get hot and doesn't fully collapse under weight and I'm about 180. I have a large SUV so I ordered the large. Fits just right. Best price around.
