I received my trash can last week and so far so good. When I read the reviews on this a few people stated that if they go near it the lid would open well that has not happened to me. I was very impressed on how soon I received my trash can. Beautiful chrome. No dents or fingerprints. I gave it a five in spite that it was put at my front door without being packaged. I would have thought they would've put it in a box so that no damage would come to it. But I put the batteries in and it works wonderfully. It opens wide to allow you to put the garbage bags in properly. Very glad about my decision to buy it. Would definitely recommend it. It also compliments the water cooler as far as color.
