We replaced a much older version of this exact trash can. Lasts for MANY years. Bags fit well. The lid is eh... it's nice at first and then we toss it... it IS nice when you have company... but it's a wee bit difficult to get trash in with it up against a wall. And ya have to clean it.... so meh. I like our kitchen trash off in the corner out of the way and this one works so well. I love the sturdy quality of this can. Would I buy it again? Yes I did!

Size is perfect for our family of 4 for a full days worth of trash. Opted out of getting a foot pedal one, instead we took off the swinging part of the lid so the opening was bigger (and stayed cleaner) and was easier to throw trash into, still holds the bag on nicely. Works perfectly for us.
