Exceptional warranty

I purchased my Pure heating pad 4yrs ago and it has been everything. Last week it quit working and I was heart broken. I called the warranty phone number and received a cheerful voice on the line. His name was Scott, I explained to him how much I have enjoyed this product and he was very reassuring that I could receive a new Pure heating pad under warranty. Scott said I would get a new pad in 7-10 days. To my surprise it was here in 2 days. Thank you Scott, I'm telling all my friends about the great service you provided. Robert Lynn

Great deluxe heating pad for a good price

I bought this a week ago and it suits my needs well. I like the low setting as it's not hot. If I need more heat initially, I trueness it to the second lowest setting for a few minutes until I get the muscle thoroughly warm then put it back to 1 which maintains the heat for up to 2 hours. The material is soft and washable. The cord is long for reaching the bed or couch. I'm very happy with it.
