I've bought this particular perfume once before and it's definitely one of my favorites. I noticed the color was a slightly darker color than my last bottle and the bottle had fallen out of the packaging, I didn't think anything of this since the scent was the exact same and the product wasn't damaged, but when I reached out to the companies support team, I got no response 7 days later. Everything other than that it was amazing, although I didn't care for the way the driver delivered my package as he placed it inside my gate, just in reach of my dogs who would have definitely chewed up my package if i hadn't been right there after the driver left.
