NOT sweatshirt material, Runs Small

The "sweatshirt" is pretty but it is not a sweatshirt, a hoody but not a sweatshirt. It's some weird synthetic material. It also runs very small. I usually wear a 1-2XL but ordered a 3XL so it would be baggy and enough room to put other clothes under it. It is too small to wear plus I don't like the material. I'll need to find a smaller person to give it to.
