Sizing is way off!

I ordered a size medium. It was enormous on me! The sleeves were too long and the jacket was extremely bulky. So, I returned the jacket and ordered a size small. Despite being very slender in build, the size small was exceptionally tight and I could barely zip it. The sleeves were so tight that it was painful to move my arms because of the pressure. I returned this jacket as well. Very disappointing!
