Lightweight absorbent terrycloth. Perfect for after the pool or a shower. Dries quickly. Used it once after a shower and i was hooked. Great swimsuit cover up too. Thick enough to actually cover my skin, but light enough that it's comfortable to wear in hot southern weather. Ended up buying one for my senior aunt as well. For me, my size was snug initially, but the material loosened after a few minutes and now its perfect. So I would say it's true to size. I've washed it several times now and it does really well. Would definitely recommend this.
