Great Bike at a Great Price

Wow. This product arrived nearly a week ahead of the expected delivery date. - PRODUCT PACKAGING - the product was well packaged and protected in the box. All electronic cable connections were secured in place. Nuts, bolts, etc. are packaged by their step number so it is easy to know what goes with what. Just do not take them out until you need them. -ASSEMBLY was easy. There are YouTube videos showing assembly for pooboo W273, which is what the product is. I recommend watching that and then assembling the product. Once you see it, it all makes sense. I have pretty severe arthritis and only the difficulty was attaching the tension selection cable, which was pretty tight as it should be. Dimensions are as shown online. So, it is not overly bulky or large when assembled. -USE - comfortable and easy to use. It is quiet and the tension selection does increase exercise difficulty. Seat release bar makes it easy to get in and out of. I am 4'10" and I am able to use it comfortably, as are my kids who are near 6". It does sit low to the ground, which is pretty standard. -Company contact - contacted to get the Bluetooth equipment to connect with my phone, per flyer in box and they contacted me within 24 hours. Can't ask for more than that.

I bought this for my 68 year old dad. He says he's been using it.. which is a miracle! He doesn't like to workout… Not too hard to put together- but I had to look at the picture on the website to figure out how pieces were suppose to go. The seat is comfy enough.. the monitor tracks distance etc. I am not sure if he has used resistance yet since he just started! Overall good product for the money!

The bike itself is a good purchase. The product did come in damaged. The seat has a small tear and has a gouge in the bike. I'm thinking it's a packing issue due to the fact that the box itself was not damaged during shipping. When you purchase a new item you'd like it to look new. Overall happy with its performance.
