Picture shows two items,

When received I made appointment with my mechanic guy, and he found there was only one in the box, now at my age and disabilities, and my husband being a Disabled Veteran needing a third knee replacement, I need the pair of two for both of us to access vehicle with less discomfort. If it was not made to be a pair, it should have been presented as I was purchasing for right or left side. I imagined I would get one for each side as picture clearly shows two in the description photo. I have tried to copy and paste photo but i cannot. Sorry
