It is as it states and I got it for a very good price. I wouldn't leave it outside, but I keep it by the door and lay it on my lounge chair whenever I want to hang outside. It is soft and offers plenty of cushioning whether I am lying on my back or front. Again, my only "ding" is that the material probably wouldn't hold up very well if LEFT outside when not in use.
