I use these to go over my gym shorts to and from the gym. They are easy to put on and strip off for the cold weather. I use them only for this special use in cold weather. I bought the medium and they have a cuff that keeps them from going over the top of my sneakers. Colors I got were black, blue and grey. Muted colors. Not flashy. I really like them.
