Very easy to wear. I had to stretch it out over my body because it is tight but now that when I'm wearing it, it's not super tight or constricting. It's surprisingly comfortable and the only issue I have is the back fat I have is poking out above this tummy tucker. Around my legs is fine but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to wear this without underwear or as underwear. The fabric is comfortable and it's not super binding around the top of my stomach. It didn't move much as I wore it and it looks good under my clothing. I'm a size 8 and the medium fits well
