The FedEx delivery driver, Lane, brought my package up to my door. He also knocked because the apartment number was not on the delivery label. The purse is a bit deeper than I thought, but I like it. I also like the wide strap as it stays on my shoulder better than my other purses. The zippers seem to be heavy duty which is good. There are so many pockets, I haven't filled them all. Overall it is a nice compact shoulder purse. Would I buy it again sometime--yes.
