May be a fluke

Not sure if it was a fluke but I have had lower leg swelling for a while. I saw an ad for another product that was really expensive and promised me the world. I did not want to pay the expensive price for that product. While shopping I saw this product and purchased it. I am not sure if it is a fluke but the swelling I had for over a year went away overnight. I can see my feet and ankles again. Its so crazy and weird. Maybe it was or maybe it wasn't the pills. I am not sure but I would say at this price maybe give them a try.

I'm impressed

I have been taking this for a couple of weeks, and here are my initial observations. It hasn't caused me any stomach upset or other side effects. I tend to get a racing heart when I eat a large carb heavy meal. This seems to have stopped that, which is pretty impressive. I haven't been taking it long enough to know if I will lose a few pounds from it, but my fingers are crossed!

weight control

I've only had these a couple of weeks, but I've already noticed a difference. I am not constantly hungry like I was and it seems to be boosting my metabolism. I have lost 3 pounds in the 2 weeks I've taken these along with a healthy diet and increased appetite. I've tried just diet and exercise in the past, but sometimes our bodies just need an extra boost to get the idea.
