I received very scratched up floor samples. These were not new in box. I should receive a discount for taking these shoes off your hands. My guess is they were sitting on a clearance rack after having spent many months on the floor. This color and style is hard to find, so I decided to keep them, but I had to spend some time trying to make them look better. The shoes were much lighter than in the photo, but I am ok with the color. If you are going to sell scratched up shoes, you should communicate that and discount them. I do not plan to buy shoes from you again.
