PERFECT to freeze single servings

These 3 cup rectangular glass storage containers are the perfect size to freeze leftovers into single servings. They stack securely in the freezer and they don't take up much space like the round ones do. You can put 2 or 3 veggie servings along side a meat or other protein. Great for healthy lunches. I don't cover them when I nuke them, it only takes 5 minutes depending on the quantity of food. I love these sets and highly recommend them!

Excellent glass food storage containers

I love the Anchor Hocking glass rectangular storage dishes. They are just the right size for meal prep and sticking to my food plan. Perfect for leftovers too. They stack nicely in the cabinets or refrigerator, with or without the lids on. They can handle hot or cold and they are dishwasher safe. The blue seals are my favorite.
