Instructions

1. Make sure the inner layer is attached properly and pay attention to the Left/ Right tag.
2. Fix the feet and calves parts via the velcros, then check and adjust the position and tightness. Use the extensions for bigger calves, and unbutton them for bigger feet.
3. Fix the velcros, adjust the position and tightness, don't wrap too tight.
4. Plug the power adapter into the controller and socket on each side.
5. Insert two air hose plugs into the controller correctly and completely. Make sure it is aligned to the groove.
6. Take up the controller and press the on-off button to start the machine.
1) It will begin with Mode 1 (Sequence Mode) and Min Air Pressure Intensity (the lowest) by default.
2) It will shut off after 20 minutes (You can restart it manually).
3) The heat function is off by default, you can start it via the "Heat" button, 2 heating levels are selectable, you can also turn it off anytime during operation.
7. Press "Mode" to switch and enjoy the different massage modes
8. Press the "Air Pressure" button to select intensity.
1) 3 air pressure intensity levels for choice. We suggest starting with the lowest for the first time using, then gradually increasing after you get used to it.
2) You can also adjust the intensity by the tightness of the warps.
9. Press the ON/OFF button to turn it off.
