1. Make sure the inner layer is attached properly and pay attention to the Left/ Right tag.
2. Fix the feet and calves parts via the velcros, then check and adjust the position and tightness. Use the extensions for bigger calves, and unbutton them for bigger feet.

4. Plug the power adapter into the controller and socket on each side.
5. Insert two air hose plugs into the controller correctly and completely. Make sure it is aligned to the groove.
6. Take up the controller and press the on-off button to start the machine.

This product is terrific for sore calf muscles. I work on my feet for over 8 hours, and can't afford regular massages so this product is a great replacement. Well worth the money, easy to use and heats up quickly. I just felt like I wanted to melt into the chair it was terrific. I have other family members that suffer from sore muscles and I'm going to recommend this product. It's wonderful and I'm really glad I ordered it.
