Wrong size was being sent. New size 11 and was going to receive size 7.5 When I called to mention the mistake I was very disappointed and couldn't believe the order was canceled and I received credit and didn't have to get the shoes and have to go through returning to the store. I don't know the name of who helped me but I am so very thankful. Such excellent customer service. If you know the name of the person who helped me they really need to be highly recommended for best customer service I've ever experienced!
