Dance pole grip 101 for learning tricks..

i will always use this brand, in any color.. i use it for the grip around my dance pole.. start from the bottom, stretch it a little as you go but not too tight.. and overlap a little and then i use tennis racket grip on smaller sections over top of the Xfasten silicone tape. talk about grip! yes, it hurts a bit until your skin is used to it but all tricks and moves when learning pole kinda hurt. just dont plan on doing any drops cuz you wont be moving. also, wear clothes if you use it for this purpose. youre welcome lol
