Excellent Customer Service

I recently received a prompt replacement of my Ultima cover due to the straps failing after 2 1/2 years.The new cover appears to have upgraded fabric and straps so I hope to use this beautiful well made cover for a long time.It is very pleasant to deal with a company that values it's customers with great service and stands behind their product.

Great, but too long!

Debated a 4 or 5 star rating because cover is simply too long. I'm using it for a old Weber Silver Grill, but cover touches patio which mean it will get cruddy in no time. It would be just as good -- maybe even better -- if it were 3-6 inches shorter, and off the ground. Everything I've bought from the Cover Store is great (A/C, fire pit, and patio furniture covers).

Great cover for my BBQ

Really like this cover and matches all the other covers I purchased. I like that it's not a heavy cover and is easy to take off and put on (used to have the heavy vinyl cover from my local hardware store). Since my BBQ was 61 in. I decided to play it safe and go one size up. The fit is pretty good, maybe a little loose, but not too big. I like the straps provided with the clips especially the one that goes underneath the BBQ. We'll see in a year or two on the durability of the cover.
