Material appears to be exactly what it said it was and I and sewed the seat and backs for my two directors chairs that were in need of replacements. To purchase or replacement would have cost over $100 for both chairs online. So I decided to hand make and got the exact color I was looking for as a contrast color for my chairs. Very happy with how they turned out and I am hopeful that they will be in good shape for many months hopefully couple years at least.

Water resistant fabric for canopy

I will use this to make a canopy to cover my air conditioner compressor. I haven't made it yet so I don't know how easy it will be to sew or how it will hold up over time. The fabric is heavy and I think it will be adequate for the purpose. It was considerably less expensive than other products such as Sunbrella. The color isn't perfect but it does look as advertised.

I used this Marine Canvas to make sort of awnings to keep the hot desert sun from coming my East windows in the morning. The fabric is very heavy duty and stands up the the high winds here. The only negative for me is it's so heavy, that it's hard to manipulate while sewing at my sewing machine. I managed and am very happy with the end result.
