Key item features

  • Premium Material: Made from 100% gassed and mercerized extra-long staple cotton, this thread offers less lint, a smoother surface, and enhanced luster with a matt finish.
  • Versatile Application: The 30WT (50S/3) thread is suitable for a wide range of uses including quilting, piecing, machine sewing, hand sewing, and both heavy machine and light hand embroidery.
  • Natural Fabric Compatibility: Ideal for natural fabrics like cotton and linen, it helps prevent puckering after washing due to its similar shrinkage rate.
  • Smart Spool Design: Features a new generation snapping spool with a locking base to prevent thread tangling; an upright thread stand may be needed for horizontal spool feed machines.
  • Usage Recommendations: As a 30WT thread, it is thicker than standard 40WT threads; use large-eye needles (80/12) and reduce stitching speed to prevent breakage.
  • Pastel Color Range: This set includes 16 pastel colors, providing a diverse palette for various creative projects.
  • Generous Length: Each spool contains 600 meters (660 yards) of thread, ensuring ample supply for multiple projects.

Wonderful Cotton Thread

I love this cotton thread! the colors are beautiful, and I haven't had any issues with breaking! I use this thread on my Brother SQ9285 and it works really well! I highly recommend this thread!

Great color variety %26 price

I needed cotton embroidery thread to make microwavable kitchen accessories. The variety of colors in this collection gave me just what I needed to get started and the price was attractive. Like most cotton thread, it does shed %26 builds up lint quickly. Just keep an eye on your machine %26 blow out the lint often. The thread also broke once or twice on each project, usually near the needle eye. it was not a big deal to re-thread and move on. I was happy to find this collection and it arrived within two days. I will definitely purchase again when my supply begins to run low.
