Pretty print, plaque production QC lacking

I love the picture, however, the construction left a lot to be desired. Firstly, the smallest of the available sizes (10"x15") was not a canvas, but instead a plaque made of MDF. That detail was not clear in the item description. Secondly, upon inspection of the first print that I purchased I noticed that despite having plastic corner guards, the paint was chipping off of the edge of the corners. I immediately began a return and repurchased the print. When the replacement arrived the corners were again chipped and one was even crushed. I really wanted this picture. Since the smallest of the unframed canvas prints was too large and the framed versions were too expensive, I placed another order for 3 additional plaques with the hope that one would be acceptable. Again, most of the corners were compromised. I scrutinized the four prints I now had and kept the one with the least damage. In this instance, the print surface was separating from the backing which will require me to very carefully reglue it and then repaint all of the corners. The coated edge applied at the factory looks more like shoe polish or a whitewash rather than a paint as it clearly does not adhere well to the MDF. The crushed corners are another production issue that the manufacturer needs to address. If size is not a concern, opt for the canvas print. You may have better luck. I tried to upload pictures of the issues, but "there was an error processing the selected file".
