I definitely lost a little weight (and I'm fairly sedentary) because my pants are looser though I don't have a scale so I haven't officially checked. It didn't keep me up at night nor did it increase my heart rate like I thought it would, though I do tend to have a high tolerance to things. I didn't notice any funny aftertaste. I don't think I'd recommend it for any substantial weight loss, but if you're looking to lose just 5-10 lbs, I would suggest trying it.

I love these supplements to lose weight , and keep my weight in check . I've tried some of the other “versions” of Hydroxycut , but find myself always coming back to this particular one . It seems to work the best with my body “chemistry “ . I have also found within my own intimate “circle” , that different versions of this product work differently for different people . You just have to experiment a little to see .
