front phone cover is too fragile

The colored material is very nice and has smooth magnetic snapping of the wallet area. One BIG problem: The thin plastic part on the edge of the front screen is so thin it broke off within a few days, just from regular handling. Hence, the front phone cover won't stay on without that thin piece. There also isn't much protection for the hinge side, when folded.

I was told that the item was delivered and I never got it. I called customer service and they stated I should wait one or two days to see if it arrives. I have not seen anything yet. I have several things ordered from Walmart and never got the order. Is the delivery person taking it? I have a doorbell camera, so I would get notified if anything was delivered. This is the 3rd time in less than a year that my packages have stated as delivered and nothing. What is going on with Walmart? I am hard pressed to order anything from Walmart online anymore. I want my annual fee refunded and I will stick with Amazon.
