it pills up

I like the way this feels when first applying it. Alone, and very light application would be nice. However it starts to pill up after about 20 minutes. I will keep trying it out with different skin care but it even pills up when putting only this on. So I'm just not sure if it's feasible to use. maybe if I'll be out on the water and not touching my face at all, then it might be okay. Other than that, I did go out in the sun to the lake and used it and my face did not burn or even tan. and normally I burn pretty easily. So that's a plus. Its just something with the formula that causes it to pill up. This Is definitely something I can not wear under any type of makeup!
