Zipper ruins this suitcase!

This is a great suitcase in all ways but one. And honestly it ruins it! The interior zipper to Cole's one side is inset by more than an inch. The position actually makes it nearly impossible to zip. And it hurts your hand/fingers. The zipper pull is short and the zipper is not great quality. I used this for the first time on a two week trip where I had to pack every day and I regretted it all 14 of them.
