I have arthritis and herniated discs in my back. I have one of those with weights in it which is nice but when you're hurting sometimes it hurts to touch the area and putting weights on you is more painful than the og pain. this heating pad is perfect weightwise, flexibilitywise, heatwise and timing wise. I love it.

My daughter got one before me and I fell in love with hers so I picked this one and it is perfect. It's got 1 or 2 hour setting and it goes off on its own. The heat setting goes from 1 to 6 and it works great. I keep it at a 3 and mine is 1 inch longer and wider than my daughters!
