Key item features

  • ORANGE PEKOE IS NOW CEYLON PURE BLACK TEA: This lively black Ceylon tea, formerly known as Orange Pekoe Tea, is characterized by a bright flavor profile and golden colour.
  • A FLAVORUL TEA VARIETY: Orange Pekoe is a term that refers to the grade and size of the dried black tea leaves, not the flavor. Ceylon tea leaves are grown in hot, sunny Sri Lanka.
  • FRESHEST TEA: Each Twinings tea bag is enveloped and sealed for freshness, delivering a perfectly satisfying cup of tea, every time.
  • PREPARING YOUR TEA: After steeping your cup of Ceylon Black Tea for 4-5 minutes in boiling water, enjoy with or without milk. For delicious iced tea, let the brew cool before pouring it over ice.
  • SIGNATURE BLEND OF TRADITION AND INNOVATION: Twinings encourages consumers to “Drink in Life” by taking small steps towards feeling good and living well, one sip at a time.

best tea ever

I loved the taste and the tea scent. It reminds me of the tea that we used to get when my parents would take us out for chinese food at the Chung King restaurant, when I was a kid 65 years ago. It is delicious. I have now gotten my sisters drinking it.

Familiar Friend

This is my tea. I have flirted with the perfumed Earl Grey (in my opinion). Captain Picard can keep it. Sought the terraces of Darjeeling. I still return to my Orange Pekoe. Creature of habit.

Pricey but delicious

A bit pricy but delicious. "Orange Pekoe" is a grade of tea leaves. It does NOT have a. orange flovor.
