I do take Benefiber powder and it has no taste if you put it into your coffee, hot chocolate, even water. But I saw these gummies and I thought this might be nice. If you just feel like you need a treat and you also have to increase your fiber they tell you then this is the best way to do it. These been a fiber gummies are really tasty. They're easy to chew up and swallow and you got your fiber in. I'm glad I found these too. Because I will purchase these again for myself. I really do enjoy these. Sometimes I forget get fiber. But doctors tell us it's really important to have a good, healthy fiber diet. It doesn't matter who you are. Your body needs fiber. And this is a great way to get it in. I recommend this product.

I was very careful in my selection I did not want the added sugar. My intent was the tablets. I think the selection process is not clear on the site. I always look for sugar content %26 never select GUMMY ANYTHING! My mistake. When shown the packaging before the final -purchase the pictures are not big enough to be able to catch the error.
