Beautiful, but not the style for my feet

I was sorry these pretty shoes didn't fit across my toes. I think they are true to size, but my feet slid forward until I felt my toes were too close to the end of the shoe. I should add that my feet are different sizesm so I usually buy shoes slightly bigger and with a strap to hold the shoe on my smaller foot. I tried this type instead and discovered I should have gone with the strap, so I sent these back. The company was easy to work with on that process. I can say the shoes were beautiful and the footbed was soft and comfortable.

Beautiful and well made!

I love these shoes in Mint Green! Very bright and colorful. They were too small in my regular size so I returned them for a larger size. My color was no longer available in the larger size so I went with the Camel color. Very cute with the red flower on the front! They didn't fit as well - my feet, not the shoes fault! So I needed to return them again. I was amazed that with both returns the transactions were smooth and quick. I was given a return label and because I had purchased the return insurance, the returns did not cost me anything. I love the customer service department. Both times the reps were helpful and understanding. Spring Step shoes are my absolute favorites!
