it's ok

it fits, it's breathable, just a bit itchy even after washing it, and the back rolls down. I had one like this in highschool and i wore it alot, till it broke, then couldn't find the same thing again, maybe this is the same, but it definitely feels different now. I had another expensive waist trainer before this one but that broke last month so I thought I'd give this one a shot since it was cheaper and I couldn't afford the expensive one again. plus the expensive one wasn't as breathable so it caused rashes, none of the good ones were breathable enough, which lead me to try this one. the compression of this waist trainer isn't all that much. it helps hold a little bit in place, create more curve a bit, and helps make clothes look and fit a little bit better. but I still wouldn't use just this to wear under certain things unless I had to because this is the cheaper option.
