Not what I expected. Spring Step Shoes

They looked like lovely boots on line, but was disappointed when they arrived. I expected something with a little more substance. I thought they were leather but they are not. They might be good for wet weather, but honestly, did not seem as well-made as other shoes I have ordered from Spring Step. I ended up returning them. Hello, Thank you for leaving feedback about our Flexus YANCEY boots! I've sent you an email to address your concern personally. Talk soon! Thank you, Denise Customer Care Team
