It is so easy to use! It is also Pioneer Woman beautiful. I have used stove top pressure cookers for years and you have to watch then constantly. Once you figure the cook time you need you just set this and go about your day. As I said I had cooked with pressure cookers for years so I have a lot of timing in my old recipes. My only complaint is that there is not enough timing information provided. You need prior knowledge or to do your own research. My future grand daughter in law wants one like mine.

I love this product. I've never used pressure cooker and was a litte scared but it was so easy to use and worked great. It literally cut my cooking time in half and more. The only thing I disliked was the manual says there's a pressure cook button on the panel but there isn't one. I read where you can substitute the beef/lamb button for just regular pressure cooking. It's a beautiful looking product and works perfect. I would recommend this product!
