Instant Pot DUO mini 3-Quart 7-in-1 Multi-Use Programmable Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Steamer, Sauté, Yogurt Maker and Warmer

I have a a larger Intant pot for several years now and I wouldn't be without it, but I lost my husband recently and I really needed something smaller, something I could use efficiently for one or two people. I found this in the Instant pot mini. My mini cooks brilliantly with small amounts and still lets me batch cook for 4+ meals at time, It's ideal, the size is brilliant , I like the fact the the plug is attached to the Pot and not seperate, I can fit a small chicken in it . It sits nicely on the work bench and looks really smart, it has become my new best friend. I would recommend the mini for anyone in my situation who wants to eat good healthy food without the hassle of using lots of different pans, it allows you to prep and walk away and enjoy your day and come home to a home cooked meal that cooked itself.

The Instant Pot has been getting a good workout since it arrived in our kitchen. Simple to use, easy to clean and excellent for quickly cooking bean dishes, dal and also have tried pulled pork and chilli. Saves on time and washing up.
