Great Value Natural Walnut Halves & Pieces, 7.25 Oz

Walnuts are full of good oil the best omega-3's in any knot this 7 ounce can for four dollars and something is a bargain. I eat two or three walnuts a day there is nothing wrong with these great value walnuts. They are fresh tasty and I keep them in the refrigerator in the sealed can.

Generous sized walnuts! I'm really impressed that the majority of walnuts were halves. The walnut pieces were nice and large. Very fresh and well packaged in a plastic container with a lid, which keeps them fresher than the plastic bag that most walnuts are sold in. They're a healthy snack, also a perfect addition to oatmeal, yogurt, or salads and great for baking.
