Says 1 size fits all. I have a 38" bust and this was too tight around the chest area. I loved the material and "idea" of this but I can't wear it because it's too tight.

Okay be size does not fit all!

I am 5'4” and weigh 132 lbs unfortunately I am returning this “one size fits all” because it barely wraps around. I am so disappointed because it is a lovely style and soft material. I gave it 2 stars because I'm sure a tiny woman would look great in the cover up!
