Surprised WalMart sells this: Poor Quality

Weak performance, major design flaw. Should have suspected at this price, but: the weak brushing action picks up very little off the floor; the battery compartment is merely drawn on the housing, does not open to emplace batteries; it does not travel beyond a roughly 2 square foot area; a 3 hour charge offers about a half hour before exhaustion. Not worth even the low price!
